Two sisters with many combined areas of expertise, such as Real Estate Investing, Estate Management, and Local Flathead Market, built a business with the sole purpose of making life easier for Flathead Valley rental property owners and investors.

Their clients are most impressed by their superb communication and organizational skills, which allow their clients to rest easy as their property and investments are professionally maintained.

  • Co-Founder

    Kaci is a real estate agent and investor in Flathead Valley. Coming from a long line of Montanans, her vast knowledge of the area allows clients to become instantly privy to all the ins and outs of the surrounding neighborhoods. Her passion for travel and vacation led her to start a vacation rental property management company with her sister so that she could bring joy to her clients life by showing them all of the amazing recreation and hot spots the state of Montana has to offer. Both clients and colleagues rave about Kaci’s diligent attention to detail, superb communication skills and overwhelming passion for bringing the highest level of service to her clients. You can always count on Kaci to bring energy and good time to any situation. Her love for life is contagious.

    Linsey graduated with her Bachelors of Science Degree in 2015 with an emphasis in Marketing. Afterwards she worked one on one with home owners managing their estates and personal lives. Hiring contractors, housekeeping staff, and working with interior designers are all avenues Linsey has experience in. Her passion for organizing and attention to detail sets her apart from the rest. One day, her goal is to manage her own tiny home community, where people can appreciate the beauty Montana has to offer. When Linsey does have some time off, she loves to get outdoors and explore the state her great grandparents chose to settle in.
